"The Truth" An Interesting Story

I found a story in Space #3 by Meghna

I really enjoyed reading her story it was real emotional and she used good punctuation. “The Truth (Part-1),is a real good story I like the way she made the story sound is mad it sound real.

One sentence that stands out for me is: ““How life has changed,” she wondered. Sometime back she could not even kill the little ants but now…now she went around murdering people,” I think this is real sad because she is doing all of that for the love of her life and is messed up the way that the love of her life and his parents lied to her once ya read the hole story ya will find out about how they betrayed her.
I think that the people that read this will go and read her hole story “The Truth” is a real good story. I will love to be able to write stories like Meghna does her stories are great.

I look forward to seeing what Meghna makes next, because her stories are wow so great and really interesting. If she keeps up with her great work she can probably become a professional writer. Meghna keep up your good work and good luck.

Darkness A Really Good Poem

I found a poem in Space #3 by Danielle.

I really enjoyed reading the poem “Darkness” it was really interesting.Darkness was like about someone that was trap in a dream and in his or her dream was real dark.

One sentence that stands out for me is when she wrote “The darkness surrounds her from both sides” that stands out for me because is like she is trap and she got no where to escape from.“I hope this is just a dream of a dark tunnel” I think this is a really good poem and it makes lots of sense because it shows how she is having a real bad dream and a dream she hopes to wake up from some day. Danielle really did a good job I really like the way she set up her poem.

Another sentence that I really liked was “I travel through the dark tunnel and see a bright light” It stands out to me because it shows how she is almost escaping from herdark dream.

I look forward to seeing what Danielle makes next, because she writes real good poems and they make lots of sense. What will bring me back to reading her poems is to see more poems like “Darkness.”

How can we help stop pollution?

How can we help stop pollution? Okay we can help pollution by keeping the environment clean and recycling. Most people don’t think that recycling is necessary why don’t know why. I think people should start caring for their environment because if people don’t then the environment will get worst. I like to recycle and keep things where they belong. Plenty of people like to litter and won’t bother to go to a garbage and throw away their trash. Yes, most people are to lazy to bother to recycle and keep the environment clean and healthy. Also cars cause pollution but that I understand we might not do anything about it because we need cars to get around to places.

I think people should start helping the environment. We can help the environment by cleaning the mess we make and don’t litter. Also by recycling all your garbage and separate it all in it own bag for example put all plastics in one bag.

My family

My family “wow” I can say so much about them like how special they are to me. I know that every thinks they family are special ofcourse but mines is special because they are always there for me. Also because we together all the time. Like in the summer we make lots of picnics and me and my cousins chill. Almost every weekend we have a birthday party becuase my family is so big that every has a birthday. On holidays like christmas,thanksgiving and new years we always cook and have a get together and every comes over either to my house or my aunts house most likely they will come to my house. My family is real cool we will be together in bad and good times no matter what. Yes my family have their little problems at times but they always fix it.

This year for the summer I might go to Puerto Rico thats from where me and my family from most of my family is here in the Bronx but a few is over at Puerto Rico so I am going over there to see the rest of my family over there and also my grandmother from my dads side that she is sick and I wanna go see her. But am only stayin over in Puerto Rico for one week and when I get back to the Bronx am going to spend it chillin with my cousins and the family we going to have so much fun like go to the pool and do picnics and much more things.

Well my family is the most wonderful thing in my life I wont chaned them for nothing in the world not even for all the money in the world my family in worth more than anything. I love them and I will always be there for them. Thats why I wanna be someone in the future for like that I could make them proud of who I am.

My Mother The Best

My mom wants the best for me and she wants me to be independent and not depend on anyone. So I understand why she is so stricked because she wants me to be someone in the future. My mother is always on top of me to do my best in school and to not get distracted. She is always telling me to never give up and always keep going no matter what is the case. She works hard for me to get the best education. She will give me anything I want as long as I deserve it. My mother will always tell me to finish highschool and to go to college.

I think Hillary Clinton should be president. I think that she should be president because she will be the first female president. Also because we should give a females a chance to do something like be a president. Also becuase we should see how good she does being president. Hillary should be president because a female president can do as much as a men does as president. Much people believe that males will make a better president than a female because males have better skills but other people believe that females have the same skills that males have.

My weekend

On my weekend I didnt do anything all I did was go outside and on saturday my nephews came over to my house.They slept over my house.We played xbox and we played fight.Then on sunday my friend Miguel came over and we went outside and we went to take one of my nephews to go get a haircut.Then we went to my backyard and played baseball and basketball.Next like at 7:30 we went upstairs to my house we played a little of xbox and then we ate dinner and at like 8:40pm everyone went home.When everyone went home I called my other nephew so it was me my nephew and his girlfriend on the phone we all stood on the phone for like an hour then my nephew had to get off.So me and my nephews girlfriend stood on the phone for like an hour.We was talking about how nice my nephew sings and how he should be a singer.So like at 12:00pm we got off the phone and i went to take a shower.When i got out the shower i started ironing my clothes for school.

I found a video in Space, Issue #2 by Riley, Matt and Mike.

I enjoyed looking at “Dora,” because it was really funny and fun to watch.

One part that stands out for me is where she used funny characters that represented the real ones like the turtle that represented dora. I think this is really creative because he used clay to play the characters. Another reason is because he made it look like the real show just using different characters. This stood out for me because it was real funny and entertaining to watch.I do really agree with Riley, Matt and Mike. One reason I say this is really creative. Another reason I agree with him is because he found a nice way to make people luagh.I look forward to seeing what makes next, Riley, Matt and Mike becuase it looks like he knows how to make shows more funny and fun to watch.

During my break

During my break I didnt do much I was just chilling withh my nephew Xavier my cousin Alize and a friend named Miguel.From monday to friday i had to take care of my little nephew Elijah so we took him to the park and let him play around. We ate alot of Mcdonalds. Then on thrusday when my sister in law came to pick up my nephew me and my mother my nephew Xavier and y friend Miguel we went shopping to buy clothes for saturday ans sunday.Saturday it was my other nephews batisim i had a blast. On sunday it was my twin baby cousins batism and thats about everything i did during my break

Darfur and lots of people are dieing.30 thousand people have been displayed.Theres peace keepers that are protecting the people in Dafur.Since 2003 there has been lots of violence.1.5 billion people have been driven from their homes and 20,000 people have deid.

“In the meantime, more than 2m people are living in camps after fleeing more than four years of fighting in the region and they are vulnerable without peacekeepers.” I think this is an important quote because it is telling me how people have to live in camps because of the fighting in Darfur.

“The conflict began in the arid and impoverished region early in 2003 after a rebel group began attacking government targets, saying the region was being neglected by Khartoum.” This is an important quote becuase it tells me when the conflict started and how it started.

“Darfur, which means land of the Fur, has faced many years of tension over land and grazing rights between the mostly nomadic Arabs, and farmers from the Fur, Massaleet and Zagawa communities.” This quote tells me the things that Darfur has faced and what does Darfur means.

In Darfur people are getting burned I picked this image becuase it represents how are people living over at Darfur.

My first vacation to Florida

My first time traveling to Florida was the best i had so much fun. I went with my brother, my parents,my sister in law and my nephews.I left in an airplane and my brother went driving he left before us. Then the next day me and my parents got there. We got there like at 3:00 in the after noon.When i got there to Florida i took a nap then when i got up i got in the pool with my nephews we played a little bit then we got out took a shower then got dressed last we went to dinner that was how my first day went to be. My second day in Florida was even better we went to an amusement called “Wet and Wild” it was a water park. It was a very fun and amusing park. My brother rented a big house with 4 to five rooms 3 bathrooms and a big pool also two big living rooms.

How I spend my Florida vacation i spend real fun. I think that was the best vacation ever because I spend it with my family. I had lots of fun my brother made sure that I spend it real good. Me and my nephews always woke up early in the morning to get in the pool and then in the afternoon we will get out and go out to amusement parks or out for dinner. Or me and my nephews will go out to the backyard and either have water balloon fights or we will also go out in-front of the house and give the car a car wash and play with the holes. Then we will take a shower and get dressed and have dinner when we finish having dinner we will either watch a movie or we will go out to a carnival called “OLD TOWN” it was a really cool place. And if we don’t want to go out the house we will just stay home watch scary movies or either talk about how we like Florida. We will fall asleep mad late like at five o’clock in the morning.Then we will wont wake up till 2:30 3:00 in the afternoon we will have lunch a get on the road either to Disney word or to watch stand up shows. My brother was real cool also he would buy us lots of toys for the pool like every day. We was planning to stay in Florida for a week but we had so much fun that we deiced to stay for one more week.
